Boeuf Bourguignon: Slow-cooked beef in red wine with shallots, smoky bacon, carrots, mushrooms and herbs.

French Onion Soup: Rich caramelised onions, beef broth, rosemary, thyme and melted cheese.

Tomato & Basil Soup: Rich tomato soup, topped with basil oil and cream.
