Chalet specifications are available in the Chalet Information Document 

Documentation & Compliance

Typical requirements include: in  addition to the application process, Public Liability Insurance (PLI), Risk Assessment, Food hygiene documentation (if applicable), Allergy information (food traders), and staff training records (food traders).

Trading Requirements

Trading times are specified in the Trader Agreement and must be followed.

The on-site Operations Team or Trader Liaison Manager.

Health & Safety

Follow instructions in the Site Safety Information document and guidance from security or the Event Safety Manager

Empty Units & Market Layout

Occasionally traders withdraw at short notice or replacements cannot be secured due to category restrictions.

End of Trading

Traders must continue trading until official closing time before access is permitted
