Poet's Bakery

Founded in 2024 by Nazareena Poet, Poet’s Bakery was born from a passion to create delicious food that everyone can enjoy — no matter their dietary needs. After years working in hospitality and struggling to find options that were both gluten-free and dairy-free, Nazareena and her partner — who also live with coeliac disease and multiple food intolerances — decided to bake their own path.

At Poet’s Bakery, everything is 100% coeliac-safe, gluten-free, and dairy-free, with many soy- and egg-free options too. Our mission is simple: to make allergy-friendly food that never compromises on flavour, texture, or joy.

We’re proud to have already earned recognition, winning Gold for our Chocolate Orange Berry Tart — a testament to our belief that “free-from” can still mean full of flavour.

This year, we’re excited to bring our creations to Cathedral Square, where we’ll likely be the only fully coeliac-safe bakery in the area — serving treats everyone can savour, safely and deliciously.
